I shopped between the Samsung 6374 and the Pioneer the picture on the Pioneer was noticeably better. The picture is very crisp even the blacks are very well displayed. The TV has Direct TV as the source and then runs through a Yamaha RXV2700 with all HDMI cables. The TV itself has 4 HDMI inputs on the unit as well as a USB port. The TV is a definite attention getter very nice gloss black finish and classy display. The only fault I can see with this TV is the stand it's kind of cheap. I know what your thinking why would I not use a wall mount? Here lies the problem the TV's support mounts are 37" apart the wall mount I could use in the space I have allowed only could extend to 33" not a true 60" mount I guess. Overall I couldn't recommend this TV more Pioneer has a great product with this plasma.
